Once you have set your groups and the flow, you can now add the Companies that will be part of your groups. Users have access depending on the company they belong to.

A company can be added to multiple Reviewing groups. For example, if your company initially receives a Submittal and is the final reviewer as well, your company may belong to two groups. However, a company can NOT be in both a Submitters group and a Reviewers group.
