Submittals start from Register entries. Depending on your level of access in a given Project, you may or may not have access to the Submittal Register. The Register can be found by going into the Submittal Dashboard:



From the Register, you can enter new Entries, Search, and View.

If you have an empty Register, you won't be able to initiate a Submittal.
