When you're review is complete, you can click on "Process Review" from the link on the side menu to the left:



ConstructFlow will automatically choose an overall Recommend Code based on the comment codes chosen in the comments. If there are no comment codes that are marked as "Revise & Resubmit", you will be able to choose other positive comments (comments that will essentially approve a Submittal).

If, however, a comment code exists that is marked as "Revise & Resubmit", the overall Submittal Recommend Code will be forced as an RR. In order to approve a Submittal, all comments must be cleared of RR codes.
